Now, I’m not saying your food will cook itself. But, I believe with the right tools, you’ll certainly enjoy it more.

I love my microplane and use it frequently. I can’t believe how easy it is to grate my parmesan cheese with this handy tool. It works great (no pun intended) and cleans up quickly. I also use it for zesting lemons, grating ginger (I freeze my ginger to make it easier to work with and it lasts longer that way too!) and chocolate. I definitely recommend a microplane for any serious keto kitchen.

The design on this green tinted oil bottle is beautiful and perfect for pouring oil at the table or in the pan. The pour spout that makes it easy to use and the heavy bottom helps to prevent the bottle from tipping over. It’s also the perfect size for making your own homemade infused oils.
These little funnels are great for filling bottles with all your homemade condiments and oils. I like them better than plastic because they last a lot longer and are a cinch to clean up.

My favorite thing about the Ninja is how easy it is to use, and clean-up is a breeze. An added plus is how portable it is. My regular food processor has so many parts and pieces to manage, I usually grab my Ninja first for chopping, or blending. Best of all, it is reasonably priced.

One of the things I find to be indispensable in my Keto kitchen is parchment paper. A simple product that makes my clean-up easy and well worth the additional cost in the time it saves. The added benefit is that my food doesn’t stick to the pan. I love, love, love this.
I prefer using the pre cut sheets. That way I get what I need every single time without waste and I don’t have to mess with cutting it to size.
