Pizza Sauce
  1. In a medium sized sauce pan that has a lid, stir all the ingredients together.
  2. Place over medium heat and stir until sauce is bubbling.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and stir sauce. Adjust seasonings to your taste.

If you find your sauce is too thick add a few tablespoons of water to thin as desired. Sauce can be used immediately, refrigerated for up to a week, or frozen for later use.
