Keto Instant Noatmeal: Sweet or Savory?
I recently tried out my keto instant noatmeal recipe on my sister-in-law (a willing guinea pig) who was visiting for the weekend. After I served up her noatmeal, I realized I forgot the sweetener.
Unfazed, she asked if she could put butter and salt and pepper on top of her keto instant noatmeal instead. I hadn’t really thought of that combination before. So, I tried it. And wow, it was every bit as good as mine that was topped with butter and my Keto Buttery Maple Syrup.

- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup triple omega seed mix
- 1/2 cup coconut, unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 /4 cup powdered coconut milk
- 1/3 cup water For each individual serving

- Gather your ingredients and 6 small ziploc bags.
- Add All dry ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir well.
- Place 1/3 cup of keto instant noatmeal mix each ziplock baggie and seal.
- When ready to eat, place contents of 1 ziplock bag (1/3 cup Keto instant noatmeal ) into a microwave safe bowl. Add 1/3 cup water, stir.
- Place bowl in microwave for 60 seconds.
- Top Noatmeal with your favorite toppings and serve.
